If you are interested in working in our ceramics studio but need a little guidance, Anna is here to help you build the confidence you need! Whether you are looking to get back into the studio after a hiatus, or you’re interested in learning a specific skill, drop in during open studio hours for an extra helping hand.

FOR EXPERIENCED ARTISTS AND CURRENT STUDENTS
Looking to create your next masterpiece? You’ve come to the right place! Our studio spaces are available for use by experienced artists and current students whenever a class is not in session. While walk-ins are welcome, space is limited and pre-paid appointments are strongly encouraged. If you plan to schedule studio time online, please do so twelve hours in advance.

SUPPLY, STORAGE,

All items can be purchased/reserved in person during your studio appointment. You can now also pay your locker and/or shelf fees online!

  • Locker: $5/month

  • Full shelf: $10/month

  • Half Shelf: $5/month

  • Clay by the pound

    • Standard 181 White Stoneware: $0.87/lb

    • Standard 112 Brown Clay with Specks: $0.66/lb

    • Standard 553 Buff Stoneware: $0.66/lb

  • Firing Fees:

    • Bisque Cone 06 & Glaze Cone 6

      • $.06/cubic inch

    • Bisque only Cone 06—à la carte

      • $.03/cubic inch

    • Glaze only Cone 6—à la carte

      • $.03/cubic inch

    • There is a minimum fee of $1. Firing fee includes access to studio glazes and underglazes.

*To safeguard our equipment, only clay purchased from The Arts Center in Orange can be fired in our kilns.
